First, your business.

We discuss your setup, current records and priorities. You tell us what’s working and what needs fixing.

02

A clear scope.

We agree the work, fees and responsibilities upfront, including the information we’ll need from you.

03

Clarity, ongoing.

We work through the numbers, explain the findings and help you decide what to do next.

04 / A few useful answers

Before we begin.

Can you help if my books are behind?+

Yes. We start by understanding the backlog and the records available, then agree a catch-up scope before moving into ongoing support.

Do I need to be based in Johannesburg?+

No. Records and meetings can be handled remotely, so we can discuss support for your business wherever you are in South Africa.

How much will it cost?+

Fees depend on your transaction volume, the condition of your records and the services you need. We agree the scope and fee before work begins.

Can you work with my current accounting software?+

Tell us which software you use. We’ll review your setup and agree whether to work within it or recommend a change.

Will you handle my tax returns?+

Tax compliance services are planned for a later stage, subject to tax practitioner registration. Any tax work will be agreed separately once that service is available.
