A check of routines, not an audit.
Each question scores two points for a consistent routine, one for a partial routine and zero for no routine or uncertainty. The total is expressed out of 100. All questions carry equal weight, and the score is based entirely on your answers. It does not assess solvency, verify records or confirm tax compliance.
Use the action list first.
Missing routines appear before partially established routines. The labels are prompts for discussion: below 50 means build the foundations; 50 to 79 means some routines need attention; 80 or more means established routines. These thresholds are editorial, not validated financial risk measures. Even a high score can include an important gap.
Download your action list and give each task an owner and a date. If you need help with the underlying records or reports, discuss an accounting engagement with Journalled. Tax matters should be confirmed with your registered tax practitioner.
