Extra days mean extra funding.

The model estimates receivables as daily credit sales multiplied by collection days. It compares your current and scenario days, then applies the annual funding rate to the extra balance. Use the rate as a funding assumption, not a late-payment penalty.

Sales are spread evenly over a 30-day month. Actual cash requirements also depend on seasonal sales, deposits, bad debts, supplier terms and invoice timing. This does not identify which specific invoices are overdue.
